1.1. How much will home delivery cost?
1.1.1. Delivery costs 70€.
1.2. Will you help with carrying in and assembling the furniture?
1.2.1. Carry in service costs 40€. If the carry in service is not ordered, you will need to carry the items in yourself. You may also order an assembly service, which costs 40€. We remove the waste.
1.3. How long will I have to wait for my order?
1.3.1. We aim to ensure that you do not have to wait long for your ordered products. Production usually takes up to 2 weeks, and delivery may take up to one additional week. If we are unable to meet these timeframes, we will contact you and inform you of the delivery date.
1.3.2. We use third party carriers who ensure safe and fast delivery of your shipment. Before delivering the product, they will contact you to agree on a suitable delivery time.

- Returns
2.1. What should I do if I am not satisfied with my order and want to return the products?
2.1.1. We hope that you will be satisfied with the products purchased from our online store www.trivilita.lt. However, if you are not satisfied with our products, you may return the purchased items. Before doing so, we kindly ask you to familiarize yourself with the return conditions listed below and your statutory rights.
2.1.2. Products ordered online that you did not like may be returned within 14 days.
2.1.3 Returned products must be in original packaging, undamaged and unused.
2.1.4 Products that fall under the list of non returnable items may only be returned with the consent of the seller.
2.1.5. To return a quality product that is not covered by warranty, you may order a courier of your choice to return the unsuitable product to our warehouse. Alternatively, for your convenience, we can arrange a courier to collect the unsuitable furniture. The returned product must be in original packaging.
2.2. How should I return products that I did not like?
2.2.1. If you decide to return products you did not like, please note that we only accept items that are in original and proper packaging, except in cases where a defective product is being returned.
2.2.2. We kindly ask you to return only products that are undamaged, unused and have not lost their commercial appearance, for example intact labels, protective films not removed and similar. This condition does not apply if you received a defective product due to our fault.
2.2.3. Please follow the specified return rules, otherwise we may refuse to accept the returned products.
2.2.4. We advise you to carefully consider individual custom made product orders in advance, as these products are non returnable, except in cases where the product is defective. In such cases, we will manufacture a new product or apply a discount.
2.3. How should I proceed if I want to return a product?
2.3.1. If you wish to return a product because the color, size or similar did not suit you, we offer several return options:
• FREE OF CHARGE – if possible, you may deliver the unsuitable mattress topper directly to our warehouse at Purienų g. 51A, Šiauliai, Lithuania LT 76144. Before returning the product, please inform us in advance by email at shop@trivilita.lt.
• PAID – to return a product, you may order a courier who will deliver the unsuitable product to our warehouse. Alternatively, for your convenience, we can arrange a courier to collect the unsuitable product.
2.4. When can I receive a refund for the paid products?
2.4.1. We refund the money for purchased products within 10 working days after the products are returned to us and inspected by the quality department to confirm that they meet quality requirements.
2.4.2. To avoid misunderstandings, refunds are made only to the bank account from which the payment was made.
2.5. What should I do if my product was defective or damaged?
2.5.1. Before shipping orders, we carefully inspect them. However, if it happens that you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately by email at shop@trivilita.lt. Please attach photos of the defective product clearly showing the defects. We will replace the defective product, apply a discount, or refund your money. Each case is different, so together with you we will decide on the best solution.
2.5.2. Upon delivery, we will ask you to sign a form confirming that the product is in good condition. For this reason, before accepting each product from the carrier and signing the form, please check whether the product was damaged during transport and whether there are any clearly visible damages. If this has occurred, inform the carrier about the damaged product before accepting it and contact us by email at shop@trivilita.lt

3.1. You may cancel your order within one week from the order date. Please note that the production time is about 2 to 3 weeks, and the delivery time for each product is indicated on the product pages next to the product photos.
Cancelling your order is very simple. You just need to contact us by email at shop@trivilita.lt, and we will cancel your order and refund the paid amount. We will also inform you about how to return an unsuitable or unwanted product.
